Privacy policy

No cookies. No trackers. No fine print.

This website installs no tracking cookies, uses no third-party analytics and builds no profiles about who visits it. The only data we process is what you choose to share when you write to us.

Data controller

What data we process and how we obtain it

We only process the data you voluntarily provide when you contact us by email or WhatsApp, or when you commission a service:

  • Contact details: name, email, phone and country.
  • Service details: the information needed to process the requested document or procedure.
  • Billing data, when you contract a service.

We do not collect browsing data for analytics purposes or through tracking cookies (see “Cookies”).

Purpose and legal basis

  • Answering your enquiry and contacting you: your consent and pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR).
  • Providing and invoicing the contracted service: performance of the contract and legal, tax and accounting obligations (Art. 6.1.b and 6.1.c GDPR).
  • Service-related communications: our legitimate interest in maintaining the client relationship (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

How long we keep the data

Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are kept for as long as necessary to handle them and, afterwards, for a reasonable period in case you get back in touch. Client data is kept for the duration of the relationship and, once ended, for the periods required by law (generally up to six years).

Who we share data with

We do not sell or transfer your data for commercial purposes. Only providers acting as data processors under contract have access to it:

  • Web hosting and content delivery (Hostinger, Cloudflare).
  • Payment providers, where applicable (Stripe, PayPal, Wise).
  • Electronic signature, when an order requires it (Sign.plus).
  • Tax and accounting advisors, and public authorities where legally required.

International transfers

Since we serve people and firms outside the European Economic Area (mainly in Latin America) and some providers may process data outside the EEA, processing may involve international transfers, for which we ensure the GDPR safeguards are in place (adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses).

Cookies

This website does not use tracking, analytics or advertising cookies. Only strictly necessary cookies may be generated for technical and security reasons by our network provider (Cloudflare), exempt from the consent requirement under Article 22.2 of the LSSI; therefore we do not display a cookie banner.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@iber.co. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data and work only with providers that offer adequate guarantees.
